G' RAFFLE

The purpose of this raffle is to give back to our community and help raise gil for our Free Companies. The gil raised is used to help fund further events, upgrade our homes for better functionality, and more. The gil is not used by the officers or for anyone’s personal use. You can view the gil in our company chest's.

EVENT RULES

1. The G' Raffle persists throughout the two month period. This event is meant to raise money for the FC through the sale of raffle tickets. The tickets will be available for 50,000 gil each. A single ticket provides one entry into the raffle.

2. Those who wish to participate may purchase as many tickets as they desire, for an increased chance of winning. Raffle tickets will be drawn at random. Participation in this event is completely optional. We will conduct the event in the fairest way we can. If anyone has an issue with the way the event was run, please contact Nimbus Tupti or another FC officer.

3. To purchase a ticket, contact any Senior Officer or above. After paying for the ticket, you will be added to the document linked below. Please note only officers and ranks above have access.

4. We have a Document in Discord with pictures of all transactions, please check to verify. You may check with an officer or senior officer to validate how many tickets you have purchased total.

SPECIAL NOTICE for Officers filling out the document: Each set of tickets bought must be added as a separate entry. Please do not update the total number of tickets bought from a previous day.

WHEN DOES THE RAFFLE BEGIN & END?

The raffle begins on the first day of the bi-weekly monthly cycle. Example: The Bi-Monthly Raffle is November/December, so the day you can buy tickets for the new raffle cycle is November 1st.
The raffle ends on the last day of the bi-monthly cycle. Example: The Bi-Monthly Raffle is November/December, so the last day you can buy tickets for this cycle's raffle would be December 31st.

Please Note: With the Raffle Beginning again for the first time in 1 year. The Dates will be changed for the first 6 months.

Raffle 1: September 2018 to end of November 2018.

Raffle 2: November 2018 to end of January 2019.

Raffle 3: Back on track with bi-monthly, Feb & March.

WHEN WILL THE WINNERS BE ANNOUNCED?

The winners and their prizes will be announced during the first week of the next bi-monthly raffle cycle. This is so people can buy tickets up until the last day of the month.

HOW ARE THE PRIZES DISTRIBUTED?

There are multiple tiers of prizes listed below and on the Google Docs.
Winners of each Tier will not be able to win multiple prizes in the same Tier.
Winners will qualify for prizes in a higher Tier as long as they have not already won a prize in that Tier.
Winners will have their tickets randomly drawn and assigned down the list based on the next prize on the list.
