1. Responsibilities include Using Gathering classes (Miner, Botanist, Fisher) to collect items for Airships, Free Company Buffs, Housing Items, FC Events, etc.

2. Gathering Requirements:

• Gather Raw Resources like colbalt ore for example and items that are not on timed nodes: 600 items weekly.

• Collecting unspoiled nodes or soil: 20-40 weekly.

3. We are always looking for Crystals, Shards, Clusters, and Soil for Gardening.

4. You can view the team craft for other items that may be needed for projects.

1. Responsibilities include Using the Crafting classes (WVR, CRP, LTW, BSM, ARM, GSM, ALC, CUL) to craft items for our Free Company Buffs, Airships, Housing Items, Events, and members in our Free Company.

2. Weekly Quota could be one of the items listed below or a combination:

• Crafting a minimum of 600 items weekly (HQ not required, can quick synth all items).

• Contribute to current patch food items (Food Project): Minimum of 99 HQ foods crafted weekly.

• Crafting for members in the Free Company. 3 items per week (can include Lotto/Event Donations, Minimum Market Value of 100k).

3. We do have multiple free company projects which can help crafter’s meet their minimum quota weekly, please see our Team Craft for the specifics.

1. Responsibilities include actively helping members through 3 separate instances/duties 3 times weekly (Primal Fights, Instances, 8-man Raids, 24-Man Raids, Dungeons, PVP, Roulettes, Guild Heists).

2. Some duties may not be cleared due to the difficulty, but they still count since you took the time to try to help a member.

1. Responsibilities include Keep the Free Company Chat Active and Engage Members in Conversation in Free Company Chat three times weekly.

2. This also includes welcoming members if they return to the game if you have time.

1. Responsibilities to recruit new members to the free company and keep the Free Company Census up three times weekly.

1. Officers will need to host an event one time weekly that is the same time weekly, same day weekly that works for their schedule.

2. We advertise all our events in Eastern time zone.

3. Events do not have to be in game FFXIV events (but if they are it must be at least an 8 man event) they can be outside events (D&D, Among Us, etc.).

4. Officers need to help log on to relay their event in the FC Chat and Cross World Linkshells we have.

5. Please do not change your event more than 1 time monthly due to us needing to update our website and officer macros.

1. Familiarize yourself with the officer and member rules to help enforce them.

2. Discord Text Chat is a requirement for all Officers in the core for communication purposes for any changes or news.

3. Help monitor FC chat and Discord chat.

4. Help relay FC events if you see officers advertising them so all of our members have access to the events.

5. Help advertise with Macros a minimum of 3 x weekly, you can choose which macro you want to use to advertise. (These do not have to be 3 separate days, you can use macros as many times a day as you like as long as they are spread throughout the day.)

6. Please be able to log online in FFXIV 3 days a week.

1. The person will need to check the in-game FC chest inside the FC Mansion and see if the tab 1 items offered to members are empty or not (Krakka roots, Chrysal Greens, Food, etc)

2. Check the stock of the items to be restocked and alert if they're getting too low to a higher officer/crafters and gatherers.

3. Items that clutter tab 1 (the public tab) for a period of time are moved to tab 5. The inventory manager will sell Tab 5 and put the gil back in the FC chest.

1. The person will need to check the in-game buffs and reapply the buffs at the designated time for your FC and the specific days you sign up to do.

2. Check if the buffs are getting low in stock on the FC Tab and warn the responsible Executive Officer/Operations Officer to restock them.

3. Timing: If your FC branch executes buffs before 12:00 EST then put the buffs up for that day. If your FC branch executes buffs after 12:00 EST then put the buffs up for the next day.

1. The person will need to check the in-game Chocobo Stables and check if they are clean. An easy way to notice if they are dirty is if the stables are not sparkling.

2. Check the stock of brooms on the FC Chest and alert a higher officer if the stock is getting low. The brooms are used to clean the stables.

1. The person will need to check the in-game buffs wheel and make sure they're always charging and activate the ready ones.

• The wheel is exchanged once every 72 hours.

2. Check if the Buffs Wheels stock on the FC Chest are getting low and alert an Executive Officer/Operations Officer in charge of crafting them.

1. The person will need to check the in-game subs and airships daily and deploy them to the correct destinations. An Operation Officer who is the subcaptain will tell you where they want the airships and subs to go.

2. Remember to place all airship/submersible materials into the appropriate tabs of the Free Company Chest.

2. Minions, furniture, and leftovers will be used for events or recycled for Gil to the FC chest, put in Tab 5.

1. Your job will be to work with the Alliance Event Coordinator to help plan Alliance Wide Events.

2. This includes the following: Setting up the location of the event, setting the menu for food, discussing with crafter and gathers to get and make the items, setting the date and time of the event, making macros.

3. Be able to participate in the event once monthly.

4. All planning will be in the designated discord channel.

Auxiliary Officers are required to have an active, daily presence in Discord chats. This includes but is not limited to: Greetings in chat (general alliance chat / officer chat / alliance officer chat), and being involved in discussions. Promotions will be based off of being seen, heard, and known by fellow officers among all the branches in the alliance.

Checking Activity Log daily when logging on, to see what has happened in the Free Company or if there are any applications pending.

Do your chosen (1) one Officer Job and (2) two Auxiliary Officer jobs.

Auxiliary Officers are required to log on at least three (3) times a week to perform their specific duties.

Some jobs may require players to log in 5 minutes a day to do these.

If an auxiliary officer chooses one of these jobs they will be required to log in for a short amount of time daily or notify the officer core if they are unable to log in to do this job.

Remember most auxiliary officer jobs are split between 2 people.

1. The person will need to check the in-game member roster 4 x weekly and make sure the purge is at the specific date, and purge any members who are beyond the purge date who have not notified us that they are on-leave status.

2. Remove players in the Free Company who have been offline for 90+ Days that are rank "On Leave".

• When purging “On Leave” players, you need to document they have been removed in our On Leave Kick Documentation Channel in Discord.

3. Remove players who are the rank "Unable to Retrieve".

1. Responsibilities to promote or demote Recruits to Members, Members to Senior Members. Or demote if appropriate.

2. Demoted members include members who steal from chests to hamburgler rank or from certain officer roles. Remember with this rank you will need to document on the discord for everyone in that FC to be aware.

1. This person will check the assigned FC gardens / alternate FC gardens and tend the planted seeds at least once every 24h until they're ready to harvest. This will require them to also have an alternate character in our separate alternate gardening FC.

2. This person will be required to coordinate with the other gardener to:

• Plan on who will tend the FC gardens / alternate FC gardens on which days to ensure all days are covered.

• Plan what will be planted in the FC gardens / alternate FC gardens.

3. Plan together with other Executive Officers (XO) on what to plant and what to aim for the cross-breeding items in the FC gardens / alternate FC gardens that are currently necessary for the FC. If you are unsure, please ask.

• Popular items are Krakka Root, Chocobo Dyes, Minions, etc.

4. Make sure seeds/soils are always stocked for planting or communicate to in-charge Executive Officer and/or the gatherers to help obtain more items.

1. This person will need to create FC projects to either generate gil, create FC Buff Wheels, or upgrade existing items (like submersibles or airships) for the FC.

2. Items to generate Gil may be Housing Skins through the workshop.

3. In order to create FC Buff Wheels you will need items from the airship and it will need to be crafted in the workshop.

4. The officers who will be donating items maybe dungeon runners (tome items like coke, hardened sap) and crafters/gatherers will be crafting and gathering most of the items needed.

5. It will be the Team Managers responsibility to notify the officers which items are required for the Team Craft, how many of each is required, and to keep track of them items as collected in the FC Chest.

6. A lot of Team Managers use ffxivteamcraft.com to keep track of items for projects.

1. Log on 2 x weekly to restock the FC Buffs so the officers have buffs available to deploy them at the correct time.

2. Do not cap out spots when buying buffs so we have spots available to convert Grade 3 FC Buffs.

1. This person will need to make sure all of the sectors are unlocked for our airship maps and submersible maps.

2. They will then need to make sure that the schematic board is completely unlocked.

3. You will be responsible to let the Crafters and Gathers and Project Manager know when you need to upgrade Airships and Submersibles.

4. When everything is unlocked this person’s job will be to let the AO Airship Deployers know where to send the airships to generate gil for the FC (ie. minions, mounts, profitable items).

5. Be aware you may need to coordinate with the Project Manager if Grade 3 FC Buffs are needed to be made, since these items come from airships and submersibles.

1. Must help divide up duties among Auxiliary Officers and keep them on track to get the planning complete within the first month (first month out of a 2 month period).

2. Must help plan the theme of the event, name of the event, date and time with eastern time zone, and location of the event.

3. Must verify the date / time / place with the DJ or band being used at the event.

4. Must plan and coordinate a game before the party (parade, hide and go seek, race, glam contest, etc).

5. Must plan the event menu with foods and their name / description (usually 4-5 per event).

6. Must come up with event Menu picture for website / discord bot (this has the food, descriptions, and pictures on it).

7. Must plan out any prizes that are made (Does this prize go to the winner, or does everyone get a prize? etc.).

8. Must designate party hosts and bartenders.

9. Must coordinate with FC crafters and gatherers on what food will need to be made for the menu, and / or what prizes need to be made.

10. Must ensure the event food and prizes are delivered to the venue prior to the event (stored in tab 5), and ensure they are distributed to the correct bartenders.

• Familiarize yourself with the officer and member rules to help enforce them.

All Operation Officers are responsible for helping to assign players in the Registration Channel on Discord (ie. changing their name to their FFXIV name and assigning the proper FC).

All Operation Officers are responsible for promoting members to trial officers or promoting officers to their new promotion rank in game.

All Operation Officers are responsible for inviting new trial officers to your FC’s designated Crossworld Linkshell and your FC Officer Linkshell.

Operation Officers are responsible for their 2 chosen Operation Officer jobs and their 1 chosen Officer job. They may be asked to continue to help with their Auxiliary Officer jobs temporarily until we find a replacement (ie. buff deployment and/or aetherial wheel).

All Operation Officers are required to help recruit in the FC if the census is low and the recruiter is needing help.

• Operations/Executive Officers are required to log on at least four (4) times a week to perform their specific duties.

• Operations/Executive Officers who are not able to consistently log in four times weekly may be demoted.

• Use communication and let us know if you cannot log on to do the job.

• Some jobs may require players to log in 5 minutes a day to do these.

• Remember operation officers are responsible for their two operation officer jobs.

• Familiarize yourself with the officer and member rules to help enforce them.

• Discord Text Chat is a requirement for all Officers in the core for communication purposes for any changes or news.

• Help monitor FC chat and Discord chat.

• Help relay FC events if you see officers advertising them so all of our members have access to the events.

• Please be able to log online in FFXIV 4-5 days a week.

• Be responsible for the same duties as Operation Officers.

• You will be required to participate in discussions including updating and changing the website, discord changes, improvements for the FC, potential branch changes, etc.

• Your job is to help find new officers and recruit if needed.

• You need to help motivate the officer corps to find new officers and recruit if needed.

• Be aware of FC Officer Needs (ie. we need more recruiters).

• You need to be able to work with all of the officers and maintain a level of respect for each other.

• This is a more of a manager position. You are responsible to make sure the officers are all able to do their jobs.

  • If officers have not logged in for a long period of time you need to either delegate to the Operation Officers to contact the officer and demote them or you need to do it yourself.

• There are 2 Executive officers per branch.

• You will be responsible to discipline officers who are not following the rules, demote officers, or delegate this to an operation officer.

• Be aware of items that are needed like Krakka Root, Airship Repair Materials, etc.

• Executive Officers are required to log on at least four (4) times a week to perform their specific duties.

• Executive Officers who are not able to consistently log in 4 times weekly may be demoted.
